TV production company producing several shows

We are a TV production company producing several shows to be aired in Korean cable network shows, such as Mnet and MTV Korea.
We are looking for a host for a semi-documentary interview show who will fit into the descriptions below;

Male or Female in their 20's familiar with Korean and American culture and language.
Should be confident, energetic, and passionate!! Great personality with a smile is a must!!

Salary is based on experience
