Director: Robert Fernandez. NO EXIT ROAD/UNA CALLE SIN SALIDA based on
true events.
Robert Fernandez is a young upcoming director from Europe currently
based in NY. His drama-action short, NO EXIT ROAD/UNA CALLE SIN SALIDA
(16 minutes) is the story of an assassin who works for a bloodthirsty
godmother, who reigns the cartel with a ferocious hand. When things
don't go her way it tends to get really ugly.
The film is mainly in English but also in Spanish.

The SHOOT is set for mid-end February in New York City/Long Island and
will be 3 days long over a weekend.

This is a NON-PAID project due to a restrained budget. We are looking
for UNION and NON-UNION well trained, ambitious actors/actresses. You
have to be really committed to do a lot of rehearsals!

3 breakdowns:
1. Female / 18-24 yrs. / Caucasian.
Elizabeth: She is a young attractive woman in her 20's. She can either
be Latina or Caucasian. She is married to a killer that works for a
Colombian Cartel. She is 6 month pregnant. She knows about his job but
tolerates it since he makes so much money. Her dream would be to live
once in a place away from all the Cartel people.

2. Female / 41-50 yrs. / Any
Ethnicity. La Madrina: The godmother can be somewhere between 40 and
60 years old. She is also known as the Queen of Cocaine. When things
don't go her way, it gets really ugly. She is bloodthirsty and enjoys
seeing others in pain. She loves luxury and collects it like others
collect stamps. Men are her servants and prostitutes. They kill for her,
they steal for her and they deal for her. She is more powerful and more
brutal then any man involved in the Cartel business.

3. Male / 31-40 yrs. / Hispanic.
Ramon: Ramon is one of the personal Bodyguards of the godmother. He can
be anywhere in the range of 25 to 39 years old. He is big and strong and
could even go as a bouncer. He is Hispanic (no other ethnics accepted
for this role!). He kills too and beats up people to get information. He
has worked 5 years for the lady and hopes to rule once a part of the
business.
